DC Multiverse Three Jokers

Three Jokers, Batgirl, and Red Hood revealed.
I assume Batman will show up soon.

So far they seem impressive. Batgirl and Red Hood definitely reuse parts from their prior figures. Joker seems to share the design style of the Mortal Kombat Joker but I don't see a straight reuse.

Batman added

Split this off. Thanks for the heads up, posted!

Yeah, based on previous listings, a Batman from 3J should be inbound...

emeraldnite 09-18-2021 01:36 PM

I have never bought a comic joker figure and now will have 3 (hopefully)!

MrMunkeepants 09-18-2021 01:41 PM

there are still many Jokers from the last wave clogging the pegs at my Target. maybe now isn't the time for three at once?

QuikMix 09-18-2021 01:41 PM

After being quite disappointed by recently announced figures, all of these are easy buys for me--especially the jokers.

Assuming no exclusives setup(each store gets one Joker)

If we get cases of 6-8 of each figure, then yeah I think we are going to have a bad pegwarming situation.

If a case just has a mix of Jokers, I could see them selling well enough.
Still they probably should hold back and release them over the course of 2022 and not all at once.

Harbinger 09-18-2021 01:45 PM

Sad red hood doesnt have guns but its cool piece. I really hate that gun toting characters are getting neutered.

En Sabah Nerd 09-18-2021 01:46 PM

Batgirl and the comedian Joker definitely have my attention. The clown Joker's head looks terrific but I feel like his overall vibe is too close to their Rebirth Joker which I already have.

Designincase 09-18-2021 02:18 PM

Gotta say the newest Batman is just near perfect for the Mcfarlane line.
That's your definitive Batman.

Tony_Bacala 09-18-2021 03:13 PM

That Batman is pretty damn good. May be "The One" finally.

Designincase 09-18-2021 03:33 PM

The torso for this Batman might be the exact same one used by Year 2. But no one can really confirm until we get them both. It looks like the lower torso has the same sculpted wrinkles. But they could just be really similar. And of course Year 2 would lack the mounts for the cape that this one would have.

Black Arbor 09-18-2021 03:43 PM

I wanna reserve judgement on Batman til we get a pic of him standing straight up, but those Jokers are must gets!

Guns are usually still included. They just don't show them in the pictures.

OriginalFire 09-18-2021 04:14 PM

Are they using a Superman body for Batman?

I do think it's using Year 2 DNA.

Looks like arm gauntlets and fists might even be the same too.

Belt is different, boots are different. Head looks like a cross between TDKR and DCM Flashpoint Bats, which is great.

This will go with DCM Green Lantern and Flash as great modern comic versions. When Rebirth Supes gets redone with trunks and boots proper, then WW and Cyborg - maybe by the end of Year 3 we can have the Justice League done. :)

On premium figures this may be the the case. But with these figures that will be in Target and similar. No guns.

I'm not sure if Marvel/Disney are pulling the same nonsense, being a little more lenient(using Hasbro's nerf guns for instance), or just coincidence.

They don't appear to be doing it in a broad sense. Some figures come with sci-fi guns in place of standard ones but others still have plain ol' guns.

VashTS 09-18-2021 05:57 PM

That batman though, if it had Black undies, would look almost perfect imo.

Those jokers look incredible.

Thatannoyingguy 09-18-2021 06:40 PM

I’m so excited about those Jokers! That Batman is finally the look that I like. Will I finally be able to buy them? I really don’t know. Still haven’t bought a single McFarlane DC figure so far.

I wish the blue and grey 80’s batman would get reused on this body.

snake5289 09-18-2021 06:49 PM

The Batgirl and Red Hood look good but I couldn't give less of a shit about more Joker.

Batman looks solid too (love that he has the yellow oval) but I'm good with my Arkham Knight version.

Doop 09-18-2021 09:34 PM

I thought that Batgirl had potential, until I zoomed in and saw her face. Yeeesh.

Omega 09-19-2021 12:59 AM

Not a fan of the shading painted over the eyes of the Killing Joke Joker. Completely ruins the figure for me :/

WallySparks 09-19-2021 02:26 AM

Which Joker is supposed to be the 1990s Joker who did whatever?

and which one of the other Jokers is the actual 1980s Joker anyway?
