Yeah, they were. I re-watched the show again, and they were in it. I can't recall which episode. Some episodes were painful to watch and some of the episodes seem like they were done very lazy. They didn't put any effort into the villains.

They were in the blink and you'll miss it Season 7. In some instances I don't think those episodes aired more than once.
