Unknown Yu-Gi-Oh! Figure

Does anyone know the name of this mini Yu-Gi-Oh! Figure? The figure looks akin to the battle warrior Yu-Gi-Oh! Figure. However, I am uncertain of the name of this figure.

If anyone is able to let me know the name of this figure then it would be greatly appreciated. I am assuming that the figure is a warrior type character who is derived from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel monsters anime series.

Hi, this appears to be a Cyber Rider Mattel Figure from 2002, Series 11.
