Wait some of that stuff isn't exclusive to PulseCon?

What's up with that Venkman? Any difference to the one that's already available at retail?

I don't think the Marvel Legends, Ghostbusters, Power Rangers, Fortite and Halo items are exclusive to Pulsecon. Some are general retail, some are out now, some are not yet in mass.

Is Ponda Baba using Dr. Aphra's body? It looks so skinny and feminine.

Yeah some of that clearly isn't exclusives since its already been for sale elsewhere. I already bought that Venkman over a month ago at retail and have the Thanos/Iron Man 2-pack on preorder with Chosen Prime.

Speaking of the Ghostbuster Afterlife line, where and how are we supposed to get the 7th figure (Phoebe - the main girl with the glasses) that was revealed in Hasbro's promo pics awhile back? The other 6 make up the full wave with the build-a-figure and she's not part of that wave or pictured on the back of the packaging, but she was included in the promo pics online, so is she going to be some exclusive individual release later on? I was thinking maybe they were holding her back as a Pulsecon exclusive, but if that were the case she would have been revealed as such by now.

I can't explain why, but that crazy Fortnite Skye figure is so just so adorable! I think it's a must-buy for me, even though I've never touched the game itself.

Same here! Never played the game, but that figure just looks like toy candy I may regret passing up.

Not hard to see what. A lot of love was put into the figure.

Interesting design aside (since Hasbro has nothing to do with that, aside from maybe negotiating which characters to make into figures), it's got everything: clean sculpt/silhouette, solid-looking articulation, good mix of accessories, and just a lot more effort being put into the figure compared to your usual Hasbro offering.

Honestly unless you're completely put off by the design, I don't see why a collector of this scale shouldn't pick her up just for being a cool figure.

I'm not sure they ever said, but she's far too important to the new movie to just be an exclusive. My guess is she's part of the next wave of figures (which hasn't been shown off because it likely contains some figures who are big spoilers for the film).

There's a behind the scenes pic from the set and Baba is shorter than the good doctor in it. That leads people to believe they used this photo to establish the scale, since the heights of the figs versus that photo seem to be exact or close enough.

Ponda Baba was not a huge guy on the set of A New Hope. He was a smaller guy wearing an oversized head. Most shots of him were close-ups of the head that gave the impression he was bigger than he really was. The actor was shorter than the one playing Evan Zan (who was leaning forward in most of his shots).

Damn, when I initially saw the pic beneath the headline, I had assumed that the figure of the girl from Fortnite was a figure of Marvel's Molly Hayes.
The goofy hat had me convinced that we were finally gonna get a Molly Legend.

Just randomly came across a Fortnite Skye figure at Target today (I didn't even know they were out yet), and snapped it up. The figure is awesome, with no QC issues and just adorable as the preview pics would lead you to believe. I hope Hasbro's Fortnite line does well.
