Courts Overrule Bratz decision
 

According to Reuters. Court throws out Mattel win over Bratz doll | Reuters

The decision has been overturned about Bratz going to them, and may stay with the current company they are at, and be sold again.

Good. I don't like Mattel. They lobbied for toy inspection legislation that they themselves got an exemption from.

Yeah that pissed me off too when it was their own fault. Instead since everyone was already blaming china for everything else, they used china as their scapegoat, when it was their own choices.

Glad to see the courts aren't siding with their greed anymore.

I'll bet Mattel isn't happy about that, and might appeal the new decision.

They can't appeal an appeal, but the whole thing may go back to trial again.
