I've been enjoying the series quite a bit. It's not as slapstick as I expected it to be, which is actually refreshing. I wish though they would include arrows. They did with Katy, and I would have thought those were mold prefaces for these characters.

Mordiganne 12-03-2021 11:11 AM

Not a Legends collector but I like the Kate Bishop. Odd her hair isn't black though...

Cyclopswc 12-03-2021 11:17 AM

Did they not get Hailee Steinfeld's likeness? I was hoping for a face that looks closer. But these are just renders, hopefully the final product will be better.

What's with the new hands pegs, they look like they'll just come right off and won't be compatible to all the previous hands.

I'm still getting them though.

Hasbro 12-03-2021 11:24 AM

Why do they not have a mold for an arrow yet after a decade of Hawkeye figures? It must break the bank over there.

Harbinger 12-03-2021 11:53 AM

I like these but they should at least given them heads with eyemasks.

Honestly, this looks way better. Not a fan of the actress's looks.

I wonder what the rest of the wave will be - Agatha, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Echo, Kingpin?

Jester 12-03-2021 01:31 PM

That's probably the most low-effort Hawkeye costume ever.

If going by looks alone I think this one is??

It's like it was made to just reuse movie Quicksilver. It's very similar to his AOU costume.

Thatannoyingguy 12-03-2021 02:57 PM

That?s one seriously impressive head sculpt and paint. Looks realistic.

ThorOdinson123 12-03-2021 03:54 PM

I want that Clint so badly. Please for the love of god don't make it Target or Walmart exclusive

I like that one better. At the very least, his footwear doesn't look like Clint bought it off the shelf at Mark's Work Warehouse.

They definitely are oddly similar. I guess the uniformic MCU "look" has transitioned from "high-tech ninja" to "high-tech workout"? :p

icematta 12-03-2021 10:34 PM

I love that costume, and sorry haters but it's based on the Matt Fraction run, which by the way was very good...

MeLikeJinx 12-04-2021 02:14 AM

Those are some great headsculpts. Also I remember seeing that Select Hawkeye at the Disney Store... would have been tempted if those hip joints didn't look so whack... like seriously who makes it so you can see the pin from the front.

A good run doesn't equal a good costume.

Colossus Prime 12-04-2021 08:39 AM

Excellent! Now fill in all the other versions of Clint's movie costumes!

Loving the show so far, and as someone whose best friend is hard of hearing, episode 3 was rough (in a good way).

Weapon X 12-04-2021 03:29 PM

Not too impressed with these. Hawkeye might be able to be fudged as a Civil War version. But the likenesses aren't great.

At least Kate has double hinged elbows though.

It's better than most of what MCU Hawkeye has had.

Certain likenesses are tricky. NOt wowed here but again, these are renders. Will say more when we see some early samples. Will be telling to see how these Phase 4/D+ figures will sell.

Agreed, there's enough laughs in it and action as well, well balanced, just like Falcon/WS.

Designincase 12-05-2021 02:21 PM

I have to think likeness rights would have been handled back when actors were cast for a show. It's not the 80's anymore. If you go into an MCU film at least, toy likeness rights have to be in the comics.

I assume Hasbro didn't get 3D scans so it's all reference. Some faces I just don't think come out well at a small scale. Some like Hailee Steinfeld have a few moles that might not seem like much......still define the face. Doesn't really translate at this size.
