Pls help ID these missile like toys

I have 6, one has a ?made in Hong Kong? wrapper, but there are no markings on them. I was thinking it has something to do with flash because of the lightning bolt, but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance for your help.

I've googled and found the designs are similar to this Old Space Astronaut & Rocket Plastic Toy Cap Bomb, from the 1950s or 60s.
