How can the retailer figure out who the lucky one is? I think the retailer will receive boxes full of boxes, including some white ones. How does it work?

Well, they'll open the shipping case of figures, remove any white ones, and conveniently place them on the shelf with an eye-watering markup! Easy peasy!

NECA changed their twitter pic to a Last Ronin, so this release is a bit underwhelming now haha.

I've always wondered that about online places like Entertainment Earth and chase variant Pops. Do they actually "randomly" choose them and ship to people? I'd like to think so but who knows.

As crazy as this might sound. I actually like this version better and I am hoping we see some new vintage style figures. Playmates is kinda dead also. It would be nice if the did MOTU Origins style figures

I'll be getting both Last Ronins... the Playmates one to display with their vintage figures, and the NECA one to go with NECA TMNT figures.
