These actually look good, unlike their live action figures.

Yeah, surprisingly detailed figures. The show is very kiddy-ish and reminds me more of Star Wars: Rebels than a Trek show, but it's slowly growing on me. I'm curious to see the Hologram Janeway figure. She's a big part of what kept me watching the toon more than any of the new characters.

Seems the animated form fits Playmates style of figures so much better than live action.
At first I was concerned about the heights being weird but they seem about right when you realise Gwyn and Dal and slightly lower, with Gwyn hopefully being the tallest.
But I'm super disappointed Rok-Tahk (the best character by far) isn't in wave 1.
Honestly, I feel that Prodigy is probably the most Star Trek of the new Star Trek series.

I haven't seen the show but these figures look really nice actually lol
