Not bad for line(and I do have by linewide gripes). I have 0 interest in this version of the character and also this design.

I don't know how that accessory actually functions. I assume it's meant to be kryptonite.

What I do like his is the cowl is actually designed like there is a normal human head underneath. A lot of the Bat figures are prone to having this weird slope from the side profile like he's a conehead or has a massive dent.

Until they stop doing it, I'm surprised this figure doesn't have side eye. Don't get why the one character that probably would benefit from weird eyes has normal ones.

Actually without the Joker grin, though might actually be a solid normal Batman head. While I'm at the end of the Batman buying train, this style of Bathead would be a good standard.

Talk about bringing a gun to a knife fight :D

Eh he looks fine. It's a pass for me. I don't find the look interesting and and Death Metal has more then outstayed it's welcome.
Also personally, for the 3rd black character in the line. His face is covered up. Especially in February it's a bit sad.

I know the 'ears' are supposed to be like that but they read to me as looking like they got warped in the packaging or something lol Maybe I been stung by too many action figures with long pointy bits being bent out of shape. For example, the claws on countless Wolverine figures

Yes, but Batman sells, so we get Jace Fox and Duke Thomas before any of those.

Jace fox? Good lord lucious is a bigger man slut than bruce. Haha. I dont understand why they replaced bruce when batwing already existed and was a fantastic character. There was no reason to put jace in place of bruce.

I'm not sure what in the world DC is doing with regards to the future-set stories.

Bruce Wayne didn't just lose most of his wealth/assets, he's basically a fugitive/pariah with or without his secret identity.

Catwoman is a mentally ill emotional wreck who clashes with everyone, including her daughter.

As you mentioned, Luke Fox has been an established hero for some time now...so why does his older brother become the new Batman? Especially when all the other heroes are still around.

And then they had to kill Alfred. :(
