That's a Play Arts Kai Flash so if it's meant to be actual product, that's fugazi. If it's a retailer's placeholder, then possible.

Yup, and that looks like the 89 Batsuit, which theoretically could make an appearance in a flashback, but the suit we've seen so far in set pics looks different and doesn't have a bright yellow belt.
