Not sure which figures these go with - does anyone recognise them?

I found these recently in a bundle but not sure which figures they go with. I have had a look online but am none the wiser. Does anyone recognise them?

The all black one, the AR-15 or whatever looks to be World Peacekeepers Power Team Elite.
