Wish Mezco would stop introducing more stuff and release the 1989 Batman my wife bought me as an anniversary gift YEARS ago. Hell, at this point, it might not even go through… I think the card expired by now.

This one gave me the feels. Really colortul figure that translates well with soft goods. Mezco seems to be abandoning their “mezcofication” in designs for the time being, and I love the simplified classic renditions they’re pumping out. But yea, they need to start releasing those 2 year old preorders

Exactly, this is pretty amazing looking.

I feel the exact opposite way to be honest. The spin Mezco put on classic designs, the signature look they created while cobbling together inspiration from the entire legacy of the character was something I very much enjoyed.

Everyone and their mother is doing "comic" or "cartoon"-accurate stuff so it sucks to see creativity and style losing out again.

That sounds way too dramatic than it actually is, I myself realize that, because first of all people obviously like what they're doing, just taking this very thread as an example, and the figure itself looks great. It really does. Super fun accessories too, love the frog throwing hand.

Still when I would imagine "Mezco" and "Green Goblin" - something way sinister and scary looking is what would've came to my mind before seeing this figure. Then again this is probably a temporary thing, as this Goblin fits much better with their classic Spider-Man than a unique design would, and even if this is the future for their comic-stuff (which is probably isn’t given what other things they’re doing lately, like Dr. Doom) then there’s at least Rumble Society.

Sculpt work on the heads is down right excellent. If it weren't for the price and cloth body I might have considered this. The glider is damn awesome!!

He desperately needs more muscle definition. They've somehow been able to pull it off with their other figures, so I wonder why they couldn't do the same for Goblin here.

I feel like the accessories for this Green Goblin are really inspired. Never did I think I would see a Green Goblin released with a ghost or frog bomb. Also just the fact that someone finally gave him his finger blast thing. Like I had hoped when the retro marvel legends release was leaked that he would've had a pointing hand and a blast piece to slide on the tip of the finger. Like the blast piece on White Rabbit's umbrella.

Very nice figure, but it looks like the elbows are single jointed. I’m glad this is not a two-pack with Spider-Man cuz Spidey is the only one I care about.
