Does anyone know which character this figure represents? Is this a Gundam figure or a Digimon figure?

I uploaded another photo of the figure. The figure was apart of an eBay lot. It is around 4"-5" tall. It was presumably produced by Bandai. However, I am uncertain which company produced it. I also do not know which character the figure represents.

That looks like Megagargomon from the show Digimon Tamers.
