Brown Clip On Engine Cover?, please help ID

Hi guys,
Last mystery part and probably the toughest. Any help to id it would be awesome! About 3" long, looks and feels kind of GI Joe-ish but I don't think it's GI Joe. Hard, shiny plastic with 3 clips, love to know what it attaches to. Some sort of engine or gun cover? Also has a Robotech-type design on the top. Thanks for the help! |
It's a track fender belonging to Battle Beasts Playsets: Wood Beetle Transport Station.
