Hell ya! Im down for these!

EternianJerkian 08-05-2022 09:04 AM

Blimey that's one I ain't thought of in a long time. They doing the hand puppet spiders too?

Threat 08-05-2022 09:33 AM

I picked up a few from the last company that made this at the 3 3/4 scale, glad to see 1:12 being made. I would only get Dargon, Spidrax and Skulk as they were the 3 I most remember having as a kid, along with Trancula if they make that spider rider.

WallySparks 08-05-2022 09:53 AM

I dont like Sectaurs.

Even back then when they first came out in stores in the 1980s, i was a kid back then and those Sectaurs creeped me out along with the main hero of Power Lords

I have some of the ones Zica toys made a few years back. I think that's going to be good enough for me. Maybe lol

OriginalFire 08-05-2022 11:00 AM

These look awesome. They should have relaunched at this scale to begin with.

deecee4 08-05-2022 11:08 AM

Different company. And mounts at the smaller scale is a lot more feasible at the smaller 1:18 scale.

orion124 08-05-2022 11:15 AM

Kinda interested in these but I'll wait to see what the paint apps look like. I recall the vintage figs having iridescent paint? I only had Waspax but maybe I'm thinking of the wings on the bug thing that came with him...

80sforged 08-05-2022 11:29 AM

Right scale, but will they include bug pets? The lack of the pets was what turned me off from the Zica releases.

Prince Dargon was originally packaged with Dragonflyer (that is a bit ambitious, especially the motorized wings). I can understand the lack of such an ambitious mount, so I'll wait and see if they can at least do the basic pets.

I would like to see an attempt at the mounts. Prince Dargon was special for me as he was a Christmas present from my Grandfather who passed away some time ago.

You all realize it is Nacelle and not Necelle?

Considering every other article on the site says Nacelle, I think it's safe to say you've discovered the mysterious and elusive "typo". Better catch it before people think you're lame!

Exactly. Besides, the smaller scale is more thematically appropriate. ;)

Sectaurs still creepy
