Okay, but there seem to be a lot of Flash villains in this wave. Are they going to be accurate to the standard comic designs?

No, but they should be close enough that you know who it represents. The looks themselves are based on the stand alone issue only. Unfortunately haven't seen the cover yet.

The first set had Batman, black adam with added yellow armor, and john Constantine. Now that I about it only Constantine was comic look the rest were to the issue look.

Amazon preorder links are up sorta(you can preorder but no images and the pages aren't fully up). But apparently all this stuff goes up all over tomorrow. So best to save details after everything goes live.

So those wanting traditional costumes, not happening here. But some seem close enough.

I'll reserve full judgement for HQ images.

Love this whole wave..so far. Might have to get two of each. These bodies are great custom fodder.

Toss some weathering on Cold and Heatwave and they are solid IMO. Atom works for a modern comic look too, for me anyway. Not sure what he's wearing these days.

I have no idea who Heatwave is, but his figure looks pretty fucking awesome. This version of Captain Cold is pretty sweet as well.

Uhh... and just like that, all of my excitement was gone.

Its great that Mcfarlane is doing some new designs..instead of all the poorly designed old men in underwear outfits that DC always does..

The wave feels solid.
Lacking classic designs aside, I think the four are solid.
Cold and Heatwave look like supervillains out of a comic book.

Flash head is interesting. I do wish it was see through like the comics. Being solid gold/yellow is not good choice in my book.

The Atom is growing on me. At first I complained about the choice of hands and no eyes. He's got eyes but they are grey. He's got alt hands(yay) but not two closed fists. Not sure why Mcfarlane is so against two closed fists.

I thought Heatwave was some sort of armored duck suit.
