Klaroin seems like it would be up his alley..has he been in comics lately? I thinks thats what he is doing. Recent iterations of characters than classics.

The New Gods outside of Darkseid have always been a fairly niche group with DC fans. We're not a small party but we're certainly dwarfed by the big-name fans, I'm pretty sure Doom Patrol has more public recognition. So yeah I'd love Scott and Barda (preferably just as a two pack) but the critical acclaim and Eisner awards were almost never going to be what incentivized McFarlane to actually make the figures. It's not out of the realm of possibility since we got the Blue Beetle and Booster Gold pack, we're getting Mongul and Frankenstein's Monster so maybe the line is finally feeling comfortable enough to not just stick to the obvious selling characters and branch out with more regularity.

True. Him dabbling in "obscure" characters recently makes me a little hopeful we might finally get some new gods or really any other Kirby creations. A miracle/barda 2 pack with a veggie tray would be amazing and an etrigan that looks anything like his first look like the canceled icons one is high on my list of wants from him.

If Zatanna gets made I bet it will be based off off her Justice League Dark 2018 look. I hope it is cause that's my favorite look.

Klarion was in the most recent JLD run he was apart of the Injustice League Dark which consisted of Klarion Papa Midnite Grundy Floronic Man and Circe,

Todd seems to like starting teams and then never completing them, so I won't hold my breath. But I hope I'm wrong because Zatanna is one of my big wants.

Are the gauntlets made of Kryptonite or something? I'm not familiar with this look.

So I did some digging because I was also curious and this figure is pretty explicitly based on how Ivan Reis drew him in Superman vol.5 (notably issue 8 based on the pant colors) except the gauntlets were silver like the boots. The gauntlets being green only ever happened in the New52 but even then they weren't kryptonite, so maybe it's an homage to that. Going nerd-analysis mode, Mongul doesn't even need kryptonite to fight Superman and give him a good go for it so if he ever did equip himself with it then apparently he's gone full "I'm done fuckin' around" mode.

Good research. I thought it'd be a little weird if they were Kryptonite. Mongul doesn't need help to serve out a whoopin'.
