Ohly shit! Kalabak is freakin’ awesome as hell. I will definitely get this as kalabak is one of my favorite characters and this is damn near perfect. I hope maybe we get lightray soon.

I'll never get use to his legs, but i know thats by design. Looks cool really want the femme fatales. A Big Barda too. Would like to swap out the dcuc smaller one.

McFarlane’s mega figs desperately need ab crunch. Man, I’m so happy he’s making Superman’s villains. I decided to order Rebirth Superman for this reason.

Like, I know people go on about the pins, or the range of articulation etc, but McFarlane's sculpts absolutely destroy the embarassing shit that is Marvel Legends. Like just looking at the leather texturing here on Kalibak's tunic, Marvel Legends would never go that hard--maybe on the movie stuff, but certainly not on any of their comic figures... I also recently picked up some of their Avatar guys, which I think are pretty well articulated, granted the "naked" design of those characters lends itself to a wide range of movement. Tbh, I still pick up Legends because they're often the only option for Marvel characters, but I usually have buyer's remorse afterwards.

Kalibak looks great...Big Barda is a stupid looking character. Doubt he'll make her. And If he does hopefully he can fix how terribly she was designed..

Man, DC characters are terribly designed.

This DC Mutliverse venture must be an uphill battle for Mcfarlane. Constantly hearing all the old man panty loving, belly scratching, DC fans..It has got to kill someone trying to creatively change the land scape of a dullard comic universe.

Not all his figures are winners..but they are still better than any company I've seen.. Other than smaller third party companies. It just seems harder to make shit look cool when the universe you have to turn out is garbage.

Which DC characters are terribly designed? Just curious. Marvel is pretty guilty of this, too, but I don’t mind it. It’s superheroes. They’ll always look goofy with bright, saturated colors.

I can't speak for toysick but I always thought granny goodness was lame. I can't imagine trying to sell that figure to a kid but there seems to be a few collectors clamoring for her
