Lightning McQueen Toy HELP ID PLEASE

I’m usually familiar with my Disney toys, but I found a lightning McQueen car that I cannot find ANYWHERE else. There are plenty that are similar, but the one I got has many buttons you can press and games you can play with it, I think it could be very rare, would love someone to give their opinion/prove me wrong haha! It also speaks.
