Yeah, the head is pretty ridiculous.

That head is bad.

I remember animated series Kraven as a smart, cunning, even charming at times villain.

He just looks like a pissed off gangster.

I would not display that.

I think this head sculpt worked well for the 2019 Target two pack since that set was based on Kraven's Last Hunt (even though the figure still had his leggings) in which he's gone off the deep end. Using the head again here just doesn't fit, also the mustache seems light.

I collect this entire series on card. This is awful. First one I don’t want. What the hell was the Marvel team thinking with this?

Glad I have the classic looking Kraven.

I always like the animated series outfit, but why didn't they use the other non-screaming head sculpt for this?

Have the last two figures of Kraven, hopefully the heads will be interchangeable with this new Kraven. I like the costume, though.

Why do these Spiderman retro figures never look like they are from the cartoon? Hobgoblin was ass and now this.

Because they're not...

Only Scorpion was directly based on his animated look. Everyone else except the specific animated Spider-Man and Cop Siren Venom were not meant to be from the animated series. That's what the VHS packaging line is for.

They make it hard.
 

Hasbro is making it hard to keep justifying to myself that it's worth it to keep collecting when they keep disappointing me. I'm happy it's carded so we can see it but only one screaming face at 27.99...

They haven't really offered anything this anniversary that has me excited like some of the stuff we saw during the Spidey anniversary. This is the time for more classic redos like Ant-Man ON MODERN BODIES. Where's Ms. Marvel, Wasp, Bill Foster, Atlas, Vision, Mockingbird, Quicksilver with accurate hair, Sersi, Crystal, Swordsman, Inhuman Royals etc

Some more modern updates or first-time figures like Doc Samson, Jack of Hearts, Wiccan, Speed, Hulkling, Patriot, Iron Lad, America, Stature, Kate Bishop, Thor from Siege, Bleeding Edge Iron Man, Brawn, Viv Vision, Beast (Astonishing X-Men), Natural wings Angel, the rest of Gen X, New Mutants, X-Factor, X-Force, Daken, Rachel, Hope, members of Xavier Student body...
