I haven't been a single thing from this new movie that I've liked. I hope kids enjoy it but I'm out.

I like this. They actually look like teenagers. The only character design I don’t like from the trailer is April.

Wish they had ankle hinges (doesn't look like they do, at least in these photos?), but otherwise I like 'em. Down for at least the foursome.

Omg I think your right, they look like they only swivel 360 around…if so…..not happy.

When will companyies learn! Super articulated hips and knees are nothing without the ankles. I feel like I make this comment on a monthly basis.

They're really doubling down on the whole "April is black now, deal with it bigots!" thing from "Rise".

I saw pics and my gosh.April...the turtles look terrible. SHe's been given the Velma treatment and they....look to be soy infused. Not a manly looking turtle among them.

The reason the media has turned against these properties changing characters is Blackrock pulled ESG funding. It's not because they realized nothing is new....or had an epiphany.

Watch for Hasbro to bring back plastic now that ESG is not being funded.

In the original b/w comics she was a brunette. Her race was open to interpretation but many suspected she was Latina/Irish mix.

Doesn’t really matter her race, I’m more irked they are continuing with the kid April thing. Let her be an adult.

Overall, I’ve yet to make a final decision on if I’ll watch this or not. Right now, I’m just planning to see Mario Bros and D&D. I’m 50/50 on seeing this.

But the TMNT are more teens in these knew TMNT stuff, and they want April there as the kickass fighting lady of the group and possible love interest.

Sad thing is if they make April it'll be the best non live action April figure out there because the cartoon NECA and Super7 ones suck.

Totally agree, she’s supposed to be the responsible adult that is keeping an eye on the kiddo’s. It’s the perfect dynamic. To boot, she should be the hot “mom” type. It’s okay to have a crush on her because she ain’t their mom. Beyoncé would be a really good model for that. Yikes! I’d buy that figure so fast!

Not sure I”d even by this one…it’s like the weird hippy teacher from elementary school. Like she’s a cool teacher but, meh.

REALLY digging these figures and really digging the trailer. I'm a little miffed that they didn't paint on Mikey's braces and Raph's missing tooth, and I don't loooove the thick black lines, but it is what it is and the sculpts themselves are accurate enough to the models that it's not a dealbreaker for me.

The articulation and style reminds me of the 2007 turtles.
