They look really good, just not sure where they fit for me personally.

are cool..

for me (to buy)

I thought that at first with the mezco 5 points figures, but each set has fit in for me. I’m almost tempted to make a section just for 5 point. So far I have them in the theme they are. My 66 Batman set is on a shelf under my mcfarlane 66 which is under my Mattel series. The popeye fits in with my retro section and so on.

I'll want a closer look, but at first blush, and previous misgivings about Mezco notwithstanding, I think this looks like the nicest authentic looking set of Turtles to come along in some time.

These look ok, but I would prefer more “grit” to the style. The 80’s comic was so gritty and raw, it really had an almost sketch quality it. Neca did a good job with their original turtles and the ink lines, but they were also slightly softened up.

My biggest drawback to Mezco is that they don’t do an actual line, it’s more like Funko Pops. So yeah, we get 5-point tmnt, but we’ll never get splinter, shredder, Utroms, Casey, April, etc.
