I want two of those force unleashed sets since hasbro doesnt seem to want to give starkiller at retail. Kinda torn on the crimson strike team. I want em but none of the crimson bats ever hit retail here, the “crimson” av is a failmart only and lord only knows if the crimson viper will ever hit retail.

All in on Crimson Strike Team. I've been lucky to get one of each Crimson deco so far, but no troop building. Should make a nice little dio when together.

Oh, dammit. I've been selective on my Joe collecting and not buying characters I don't care for unless they do something really cool (like Croc Master's, er, croc) so as a non-fan of the twins who already has multiple Baronesses, I was totally out on the Crimson Strike Team. Red & black is totally my favorite color combo, from Harley Quinn to The Shadow to Elastigirl and half my damn wardrobe, yet none of the Joe stuff speaks to me in that scheme. Dunno why.

But these promo pics? If proper elbows on Baroness wasn't enough to get my finger hovering over the order button, the new face certainly was. This face. This one.

They said they would reveal the Pulsecon exclusive Power Rangers item at the con. I don't think it will be but I swear if they make Tommy's Master Morpher Con Exclusive they will have hell to pay.

I don't think they will since literally all Morphers are everywhere to purchase.

How are the Hasbro Power Morphers? They look to me like plastic versions of the Legacy morpher's funky size & sculpt (kinda riding the line between Legacy and OG) with nicer electronics and metal coins. A Master Morpher may make me bite, but just the one if they're as oversized as Bandai's Legacy version.

I see it's got that missing bevel. There's supposed to be another circle around the "bolts", a curved ridge connecting the top and bottom corners. Bandai left it off for the Legacy version and it messes up the whole shape, but I guess Hasbro just reverse engineered that version instead of referencing the original toy?

I hate when somebody introduces some random inaccuracy and every company after adds it in without a second thought. Back in like '88, Horizon misinterpreted a buckled piece of rubber and added a weird ridge to RoboCop's crotch for their model kit. Then Kenner put it on their unreleased 12" RoboCop. Toy Island slapped it on their Super Classics Robo. McFarlane put it on their Movie Maniacs versions. NECA put it on theirs and haven't corrected it over like a dozen re-releases. Max Factory's otherwise excellent model has it, and that kit is so good that RoboCop 2 used them for their stop-motion models with the crotch replaced. I'm sure there are other releases with that goofy bulge, but they all come from one sculptor misinterpreting a bunched up bit of foam rubber.

They are pretty much the size of the Legacy Morpher. I'd consider them sans the coins an all plastic version. If it weren't for some small changes, the coins and even that buckle would be interchangeable.

As for oversized?
Some people have child sized hands as adults. It's alright. It's like them making child sized LC Ranger helmets.

This tells us a lot about Hasbro's attitude towards Power Rangers:

"Also, tune in during the show for a reveal of the POWER RANGERS Pulse Con exclusive product."

Every other line has had its exclusive revealed, but for PR you need to watch a show between shows to know what it is. I cna't help by laugh and cry at the same time. So glad I have quit their line and have moved on to the Shodos and Super7 ReActions (not that there is a line much longer to support anyway).

They already revealed the PR exclusive. It’s the Omega Rangers in a box set.

That's not quite the same thing here as the original buckler toys weren't "kid-sized", they were 1:1 to the original props. Zyuranger used Bandai prototypes in the show and MMPR straight up used the retail version with altered stickers.

Anything larger than the originals isoversized. I can appreciate larger people wanting larger role-play items, but accuracy is very important to me.

Is that a comics thing?

Would be disappointed if we didn't get more Indiana Jones figures; I need Mola Ram and Willie Scott

Yeah, it's a relatively new team from the comics.

I very happy to hear about the Hasbro Con, and hopefully new stuff will be shown, but I really don not want to spend any money on pre orders or anything new until I have my HISS Tank.

well Hasblow made The Master Morpher Pulse Con Exclusive. I had all the money ready to buy it on Amazon. Guess I won't be getting it

Kind of a kick in the pants to those who shelled out $100 for the No Way Home Spiderman 3-pack and didn't get the unmasked heads. They could have at least offered the unmasked heads separately for those folks.

I think GI Joe kinda killed this PulseCon.

Getting a Marvel Legends Namorita but not in either of her 90's looks is some Monkey's Paw business.

Nah I'm say Marvel legends, minus Giant Waste, was the killer..I'm gonna have to spend a lot of dough. I don't even collect these things.
