Glad to see Neca finally was able to do Christopher Lee Dracula

Nice to finally see a Hammer reveal. Also those Ben Cooper figures are ridiculously cool. I wouldn't be surprised if other companies rip off that idea with licensed costumes.

Anyone know when we’re getting some of those other Usagi Yojimbo? Keep seeing them displayed but only ever really saw the 1 figure sold.

Still no new Michaels or Jasons, huh? Nor a Laurie or even diorama sets. Bummer.
Same goes for the Universal stuff. I was hoping for some dioramas for the Gillman, Erik, Larry, and Griffin. Oh, and some human characters like Sloan's Van Helsing and Clive's Henry Frankenstein. Vicent Price is neat and would go great as a horror movie victim bystander. No idea what Thanksgiving is. The Lee Dracula is cool I guess, but I'd really love a Lee Monster and Cushing Viktor. I just watched Nosferatu for the first time last night, so I will probably pick up the figure of Orlok even though I hated the ending. |
A while back they teased a Universal Monsters monsterizer based on the Remco toy but,I guess not shown this weekend.

Fingers crossed that NECA gets a Mirage Cerebus to accompany Renet and Savanti.

Cool to see them moving on Hammer. Wish I paid closer attention to NECA for SDCC, I would have so bought B&W creature. Ticked it was a con exclusive.

How the hell NECA and SUPER7 reveal the same new concept at the same time with the “KIDS IN MASKS” figures? Am I missing something? Cool concept for sure but that’s gotta have a story of espionage.

The Neca Halloween 3 kids definitely feels like a proto version of the concept though and you can kind of see how they got from there to these figures. It wouldn't surprise me at all either to see McFarlane & Hasbro do the same concept in a year or two with Ben Cooper DC & Star Wars costumes. |
