1985 Action figure
 

This is a friend's from when he was a kid. He has no idea what it's from and neither do I. Unfortunately I was very tired when this came up and didn't think to look for any company stamps, but did notice a 1985 one on the back underneath a sizable hole that the back pack plugs in to. Note that it's also possible that I was so tired I remember that year wrong. :)

Robotix "Oxus First Technician Space Scout". Milton Bradley. From the 1980's. They went with hex patterned sci-fi constructions sets with motorized features.
There was a 90's revival by someone else, but I think the figures were colored differently.
