Of course Mondo had to go and do 1/12 figures, messing up my combo 1/6 discussion for them and others. :)

The shipping and tax brings this to almost $250 for me. What the hell are they thinking? Plus do this while the ecto-1 haslab is running. Just dumb timing.

I was still arguing with myself if I wanted to pick these up, but then reading about the tax/shipping, no thanks. I'll live with the DST Real Ghostbuster set I have. You'll be spending around 1K in the end to get 8 figures if they keep doing the 2 packs like this. That's atrocious.

And like you said, especially with the Haslab going on now.

Mondo just confirmed that Domestic shipping is now free!!

Just bought the Egon deluxe set. I almost forgot today is the final day for preorders. I was hoping the Peter deluxe set would have shipped before the second set needed to be paid for.

As I see it, better to buy it now and sell it later is you have to than to miss out. These are the figures I've always wanted. We've never seen toon accurate figures before and certainly not figures of the ghosts like we see here. They are expensive, but it's not like they will get any cheaper over time. I just hope Peter is shipped because they put a 3rd one up for order.

They're in line with One:12 and some 1/12 imports. That's a limited group that get "everything", most folks get a bestie or two in those formats.

I think I'm gonna do He-Man and Skeletor, save my deeper roster for Masterverse.

Nah I buy tons of 3 party imports..they are only inline with the price gouging third party companies. I checked out to see what the total was $340.00 for the two timed editions.. that includes tariffs, taxes and shipping. $170 each.

Yeah, mine was 157 after tariff and taxes. 95 tho IMO, without tariffs, if you saw it at a LCS or EE or BBTS with free shipping, would be in line with One:12 etc.

It ain't cheap, and it ain't for everyone that's for sure. But for 2 pieces, I'm good with it. See if others pop later on.
