It's in their 'Vintage' section, and the card is not in great condition. This, along with the high price, and the fact that there are no others on ebay right now,leads me to believe that this could have been obtained from China, and has not been officially released yet, as opposed to pulled directly from a case.

There is one up on ebay and the seller is from Alabama. Over on hisstank.com the two found there were also found in Alabama.

i was bidding on that but $30+shipping is too expensive for a figure i might see at my local comic shop,i still regret not getting the darker daredevil variant.Yes its real.

I have a feeling this figure will end up being far more common than is being believed. Just a feeling is all.

Hey! He looks a little like President Obama. That would be awesome to see a version of the President in an American Patriot type body like the Iron Patriot or Captain America body. It would be a nice variant. :)

I'm hoping the price listing is just a typo. Even if it was a BBTS exclusive (it's not being advertised as such), they still wouldn't charge that much for a toy that size.

Does anyone remember this showing up on Ebay anywhere before now? If not, it's very unusual for a toy to get to the retail stage without a loose or proto sample (or even Hasbro images) appearing first.
