Just did a random check and they have the pre-order page up for the TRU exclusives GHOSTBUSTERS 2 FIG (mentions hats) so I assume this is the 1st 50% run. Price is $59.99 (little pricey for 4 figures where the WALMART 5 pack GREEN LANTERNS is for the same price).
