I like the deco but I don't know if I'd buy it, the tiny size just doesn't feel worth 20 bucks to me

Odds are it is Whirl. The numbers on the end of the helicopter, N07340, read upside down, almost spell out "Obelon" which is a tribute to the original toy from Dorvack which Generation 1 Whirl was based upon.
