Damn, I was hoping this would be another TRU release. At least then I might have had a shot at getting it (can't do any online shopping now).

ludovicotek 10-27-2010 08:16 AM

I never was able to find the 2-Pack with Deadpool so I'll probably pick this set up.

TheSymbiote 10-27-2010 08:51 AM

the only reason we want this set is Deadpool, maybe wolverine because we can't remember if we have him already. What and where is Toy Brigade/Xtreme Toys?

It's an online store. Never dealt with them personally.

I can't find either site anywhere?
I've found a toy soldier brigade, and an extreme toyz, the first being a military toy site, and the second a gocart/motorbike shop.

They're really milking Deadpool. Everyone's going to HATE him by the time the movie comes out and hype dies down.

trebleshot 10-27-2010 09:27 PM

Sucks, doesn't it? :(

I hope he can come through this like Wolverine did. Logan's still overexposed in my opinion, but at least he's settled into a standard characterization now that most writers use.

That's true. I want to go on rambling about how there is none like Joe Kelly's run, but then it occurred to me that I ALWAYS do that, and now it's occurred to me that I just did it again :)

I just hope the movie is more in the vein of an analysis of the character's personality and why he's that way as opposed to JUST blood, guts, and wise-cracking. Which of course will be a big part of it anyway... But...

And this set looks pretty boring, but I already have these guys, which I lucked out on finding.

theestampede 10-31-2010 09:34 AM

Did anyone ever figure out the websites for these? I can't find anything about toy brigade or xtreme toys anywhere, other than xtreme toys location.

ludovicotek 10-31-2010 02:10 PM

I couldn't find them either
