Saw this on eBay and just wondering if someone could give me the low down on this, where it comes...

You must be new to transformers if you have never seen him before .. It is the Optimus Prime Hybride figure.. Its a pretty bada$$ and posable figure made of diecast. They were released in Japan and the online stores that could get them. The only way to get them now is to find someone selling them because they are no longer being made. There are a few different ones
