Where's the Gundam part of the site...? >=o

Nah, I'm not really angry. But there should be a Gundam forum, right? Those peeps with me...? ... Right...?

Nerroth 11-19-2008 05:40 PM

Better call in that celestaaal beeean!

macabremouse 11-19-2008 05:41 PM

Gundam topics sound fitting in the 'Transformers and Robots' subforum.

Nerroth 11-19-2008 05:46 PM

Maybe in the anime board instead, rather... for now, at least.

Gundam IMO would go under Transformers and Robots. Since as a toy, its a robot, anime only comes into play when talking about the shows and such, which are not discussed in the toyline forums.

Anime toy discussion is reserved for toy lines based off things that were anime shows first, and they did a toy line to support it. Generally.

It is a bit tricky, but off the top of my head, I would think that's the best bet.

Over time, if Gundam is super popular and busy in TF and Robots, we can in fact create it's own forum and move the threads there.

The Gundam Topic on TFW2005 has 3,750+ messages...

Don't tell me it's not popular. :p

Alright, alright. I'll leave it be. But if it ever does come... can I be a Mod? :p

To be honest, with a raft of 2005 vets coming over, it might be an idea to split all non-tf mecha stuff into a separate board - and let the Transformers have a board to themselves.

They'd easily take up a lot of space by themselves, and mixing them with other mecha series risks squeezing out the latter.

(And in terms of settings, most of the other mechs are piloted craft, rather than sentient bio-mechanical/techno-organic aliens, so there is somewhat of a difference in genre overall.)

Exactly. And really, shouldn't the Transformer talk be redirected to TFW2005? And the GIJoe talk also directed to Hisstank instead of taking up more room here? Just my opinion though...

I agree that Gundams should have their own seperate forum... In fact I was going to suggest this and decided not to.. It's cool I didn't since you already created this thread.

Wait a minute!! I have it! We should have a Plastic Models section! A good part of Gundam is made up of Plastic Models and could be under that!
