Marvel Universe Speedball
He was framed you know...
I had a spare Torch head and black Spidey body so I decided to get in some practice with the old paint brush. I wish there was a way to paint in those circles but with this scale and my limited skills, spots seemed like a good substitute. |
The circles are what have always held me back from making my own Speedball. I always thought either a) a sharpie would do the trick, or b) paint black circles, let them dry, and then paint smaller orange circles on the inside. Then, I would get too lazy and not do either.

I think this looks pretty good man! It is pretty minute work but I think you did it justice

Thanks guys. He's back to plain blue and orange. I painted over the spots. I also gave him blue hands to resemble the first appearance Speedball in the Spider Man comic with Daredevil. I'm looking into getting a super-fine tip pen and drawing in the circles. Anywhoo, if it's worth posting I'll make sure to show the re-finished product.

Found some colored ultra fine sharpies. I think it looks a little better. The first picture is the iconic Spidey cover. Enjoy!
