Star Wars Variant? Error? Fake?

First off, apologies if I'm in the wrong place for this discussion. I'll happily move it elsewhere if I need to.

I'm looking for opinions on a Star Wars Comic 2-Pack I pickud up a while back. Not sure if it's a genuine error or just an elaborate fake. Or whether there's a way to prove it either way.

You got trolled. Its looks like someone just swapped out the figure and resealed it.

That original Grand Moff Trachta is pretty bad ass for a Star Wars character. But yeah, you were suckered. I'd recommend trying to return it without a receipt to see if they'll give you a refund.
