Now this is the Spidey I want!

Not the one that we first got which looked like he accidentally got some bleach on his outfit when doing the laundry.

I think it's a running change. A couple friends have this version while I have the lighter blue version. They got theirs recently, while I got mine from when the line first came out.

To buy or not to buy....well I might as well, but I don't know if I'm going to bother opening him at this point. Already have two of this mold opened as it is.

Same number, AFAIK. There are only 7 figures in wave 3 and 12 figures per case, so each case is padded out with wave 1 and 2 figures (soon it will be waves 1-3 for wave 4 cases).

I found the Spiderman along with wave 3 ("The Thing" wave) if that helps.

So then like, on a list of figures in the line, this would be put under Wave 1, instead of Wave 3, because it's a variant?

Eh, Spidey is Spidey to me but I like the coloring on this one.

I already knew I wanted Spidey & His Amazing Friends set. So I'm skipping every Spider-Man.
