She looks like a cross between Phoenix and Psylocke.

....maybe with a little Meggan thrown in for good measure.

Not sure what "binary" means. Maybe it's something in the comics that I don't know about. I haven't read marvel or any comics for that matter since the 90's.

Anyways, it looks awesome with all the flames. And she has skin color now. yay! If there is one thing I don't like about those Bishoujo statues, it's the skin color. They're all pale white.
