If you're a fan of the new take on the vintage characters, you can talk here. Classics, Generations, United, etc.

Kibble 07-16-2011 08:18 PM

I love me some Classics.

Hobbyist Prime 07-17-2011 06:37 AM

I also love me some classics! :)

T16skyhopp 07-17-2011 06:27 PM

Classics are loved by me.

Who is your favorite??

ElekTriC 07-18-2011 03:37 AM

classics is good :)

i think my favorite would be the voyager optimus mold. got all three of them so im happy :P

LXL_Guy 07-18-2011 06:54 AM

So far in terms of Classics I like Jetfire a lot still. Though with the recent figures that have come along, I've kind of started to reexamine all that. As of right now I really like Whelljack & Warpath. At least for the time being.

I do hope the line continues down the road.

updatedude 07-18-2011 10:43 AM

Yup, pretty much the most balanced line right now.

soundwave85 07-18-2011 11:01 AM

I love the line wheeljack and warpath are my favorites so far.

Ethereal 07-18-2011 01:16 PM

SDCC Nemesis Prime :D

I will agree that Warpath kicks butt though.

BlackMagnus 07-18-2011 04:26 PM

One of my favorites from the Generations line is Scourge. I just picked up my seventh, 6 Sweeps and a Scourge...I think I have a problem :lol

autobot1984 07-18-2011 04:42 PM

Bruticus with the FP parts is my fave right now. Just one of the best looking combiners right now. I cant wait to get the Maketoys Devy though to go along with it.

You do have a problem..... Not nearly enough sweeps! :)

You might be right....you also aren't helping either lol.

The Classics line and its decendants are probably my favorite modern TF toys. And with each subsequent reiteration, the toys get better and better.

Xcaliber037 07-19-2011 12:03 PM

Classics rock! It helps that it's one of the most consistent and long running toy lines. If only distribution was a bit better. Waiting for the iGear Ratchet and Ironhide!
As far as my favorite? I don't think I can pick one. Each has a good representation of the original character. Here are a few with PP01 Faith Leader.

I think one of the things Classics has got very right is the headsculpts - Sunstreaker, Jetfire, Tracks, etc are just spot on.

Optimus Vader 07-19-2011 12:38 PM

Love em!

this is such a great line. the only figure i have that i don't like engineering wise is perceptor. the TINY clip that holds his backpack/hood to his back broke twice on me, as well as the shoulders being too loose. Glad i only paid six dollars for it. All the others though hold up to wear.

Shadowbreaker 07-19-2011 05:51 PM

I REALLY hope that the head remolds we've seen from the instructions will see the light of day. Especially Black Shadow.

I do too. Had NO IDEA this was coming! Wondering how Fans Toys is.

Xcaliber037 07-20-2011 09:45 AM

Um.... Wow! Can some one tell me where my jaw is? I seem to have dropped it.
