Does anyone know how to attach a thumbnail? I like how that looks on the others but dont know how to do it.

Go into full edit mode (Click edit, then "Go Advanced"), click "Manage Attachments" button underneath the text entry area, follow the directions in the pop up.

Same process when creating new threads.
