Sadly, Namor in black Trunks isn't shown. But Electro is in his full glory.

For me, all I'm picking up from this wave is Namor, Guardian (look at that grey detailing!), and Silver Centurion since my armory needs more armors.

Wave 6 better have the guardian mold repainted into captain britain. I need to flesh out my International Avengers.

Looking great, but I'm still confused. So that's the red/black Spider-Man, but there is also a red/blue one. Not sure which one is the variant now.

And it doesn't look metallic, so what's the difference between the red/blue one in this line and the darker running change from wave 1?

Yeah, the spidey baffles me as well. But I'm lucky in that regard since I'm just not going to get him till the firestar 3 pack.

Why, when you have the entire marvel universe to work from, do you make another Iron-man and spiderman?

I think Wave 5 is pickup right now so some people can have the figures they want in a new version. I'm not buying the Gold/Red Iron Man because I want the Silver Centurion(though I was very excited to get a REAL Silver Centurion..). I don't know, I just don't feel like wave 5 was supposed to be a big thing, just a little break for the people who are making the line. Wave 4 pretty much owns the rest so I'll give them a break.

Guardian is awesome.

Because they are what make characters like Guardian, who no one other than us dorks give a crap about, possible.

You've got your Spidey figure with dark navy blue or black going along with the red on his costume (black will come right-side-up in the package, navy will be hanging upside-down, as Spidey is wont to do).

I haven't even seen wave 4 yet. :(

Heh, so it's a headsup on a variant. Didn't we just whine about sudden variants before with no heads up, now we're complaining about repeats cause of getting a heads up lol.

Now that I know it's coming hanging upside down, I might change my mind to get one MIP just for giggles about the pose in the package. <3 Hasbro.

I think it is just a carryover from previous waves, as in being the exact same figure just packaged differently.

When I saw listings for Silver Iron Man I was expecting a true Silver Centurion, sure it's retro but it looks awesome and was unique not just by color, but more importantly by design. I hope a true Silver Centurion eventually makes it's way to retail.

Hell for a repaint of the Extremis, I would have preferred the more logical choice, Iron Patriot

Man, Electro looks great! WTF's up with Guardian's feet, and what's up with the gray wash on what's supposed to be a pristine white uniform? Where's Namor? I need to see how much they farked his head up.

That Electro is sick! I also really like Guardian a lot! The grey wash does not bother me at all, but it appears that some figures might have the wash applied better than others. Iron Man is a skip for me and I really like the dark colored Spider-Man a lot as well.

I like Electro, Guardian and even SC. My only concern with Spidey is whether he gets a new number this time around, or if they keep his original #2. If it's the latter, easy pass. If it's the former, then Madrox is going to have some competition with a certain web-head.

Anyone know what the hold up is on x-men female charaters? Right now my team is a total sausage fest.

I believe that they are going to be announcing some female characters at SDCC. I think they hinted at this already. Plus, we are for sure getting a Mystique and Mary Jane, though she's not X-Men.
