Presenting the second figure for my Avengers 4th Series, Patriot! I've been staring at my extra MU Bucky figure and thinking which Avenger will fit the best on his body. One character came in to my mind and that's Patriot, the problem though is the base body is too skinny, and need a lot of sculpting on the body to achieve his body suit, with all the best effort I gave I kinda liked the result!

The head & arms came from Gi Joe Hawk figure, shaved off the hair and sculpted the mask, The shield was made from scratch! It was made from aluminum, bent and cut with applied decal for the american flag.

All in all a pretty fun stuff to do in my two day break. I really loved the finished figure!

It's a great custom, as always! What did you make the belt buckle from?

I was planning on making a Patriot from a DCU BLack Lightening figure but it wont possibly look as cool as your fig! Darn you!

Maybe I'll just use that head...

The belt was made from scratch as well, I used a rubber sheet, and sculpted the pouch and buckle.

By the way I didn't paint those stars & bars, It's a waterslide decal on a aluminum sheet. =) I really liked the metal look on it since it is already brushed aluminum metal.

Smart monkey. I have a pack of waterslide decals riiight here too!
I just whipped up a bunch of opaque SHIELD and hydra emblems for customizing- got some rebuilt terminator mechs as Hydra robots o' doom.

Do you have a template for your fig cards? They look great- Adode Illustrator?

You should make an Invisible Woman card with an empty blister and sell it on ebay.

That would be cool Jason, post it here once your done with your mechs. :)

As for the cards, I made a template myself using photoshop. As for the Sue fig, haha that might sell! Lol
