Robocop: neca or figma?
Which do you think that will be better?
|
Hard to say. Personally, I've pre-ordered the Figma. But I expect it wouldn't be the most definitive Robocop in terms of accuracy, since Figma use a standardized joint. He might look great from the front, but from the back, the joints might be obvious. But of course, being Figma, one can expect pretty good articulation and even some modularity. Imagine getting Robocop and giving him one of the Figma Kamen Rider weapon arms. And of course, for Figma Robocop... dat paint job.
As for NECA, I expect it'll have the superior sculpt, but wary as to the playability of it. Even if it's fully articulated, it doesn't seem to have as many options and extras as the Figma version. If you just want a Robocop for pose and display, this might be the one to go for. If you don't mind the probably visible Figma joints at the back of your Figma Robocop, and want a tad more playability, I'd say go for that instead, since it looks just as cool as the NECA (from the front). |
