Lots, and no. They're still exclusive-only, and with the preorder period past I don't know if you can even get them anymore.

they are available in certain stores in hong kong...$599HK for either the luca ghost pack (with ONLY 1 ghost :/) or for michel's fold booster set...picked mine up and i can't afford to get another 2 ghost sets...so expensive :(
