Came across this today. I figure its a poor app. But, has anyone else come across this?

Seems like it's just a bad paint app, but hard to tell in the photo (such wonderful quality).

Yeah, that's obviously a filter applied to the picture. Notice how everything else is tinged yellow.

This is almost as scarce as the red skull missing his eyes.
