ComiCONN - CT's BIGGEST Comic/Sci-Fi Con Strikes Back!

As they say in STAR WARS: "Look at the size of that thing"!

BAM! Hey True Believers! On August 27th at the Stamford Plaza from 10am - 6pm fans of all things comics, sci-fi and collecting can reunite for the Tri-State areas newest and brightest event on the con circuit! ComiCONN Returns! Join organizers Alternate Universe comic shops as the present ComiCONN and meet Comic book creators from DC, Marvel and other companies, celebrities from TV, film & wrestling, Star Wars characters from the CT Garrison of the 501st, and super-heroes, R2-D2 builders, the 1966 TV Batmobile and a replica of Luke Skywalker's Landspeeder! PLUS fans can buy exclusive con artwork, new and old comics, original comic artwork, collectibles and more!

Tickets are $10 - kids 10 and under are FREE!

ComiCONN Highlights Include:
• With two live concerts from High Adventure,
• Star Wars artist Matt Busch will be on hand with beautiful prints!
• the first ever con appearance by Raiders' Fred "Jock the Pilot" Sorenson on the 30th Anniversary of “Raiders of the Lost Ark”
• Special con sessions with The Fixer/Sandtrooper himself - Anthony Forrest, Cris "The Force Among Us" Macht hosted by Star Wars Trivia Master & Artist Kevin Liell,
• 70’s Shazam TV Star Michael Gray
• Discussions on Indiana Jones 30th Anniversary and legends with Daryl Frazetti and the IndyCast's Mitch Hallock,
• Take photos with the Connecticut 501st and cosplayers, R2, Luke’s Landspeeder and the 1960's classic Batmobile,

Pretty darn cool! it's happening on Saturday 8/27 at the Stamford Plaza Hotel from 10 - 6!

Shocker Toys will be exhibiting at ComiCONN! These guys do some amazing work! Check them and their site out at: Shocker Toys and see their stuff at COMICONN ON AUGUST 27 in Stamford CT!!!!

I may go as long as I don't have anything planned. I'd love to see that painting in person.
