Attaching parts
heres an example of kind of what like im going to do
like if you were going to make a wolverine custom(Marvel Universe line) how would you put claws on someone i was thinking of maybe using a hot glue gun this will be my first custom so how should i try to attach? |
I'm not really sure , But seems like a hot glue gun would leave to much of a mess
|
lol i didnt think of that its a good thing i came here first
|
From what I've read, you have to be really careful with a hot glue gun and very sparse with the glue.
My suggestion would be to try modeling glue. It should adhere firmly to the plastic and be easier to control than a hot glue gun. TFW has wonderful how-to threads in the Radicons forums. Some of those guys also post here, so they may be able to offer some advice. The Radicons tutorial forum can be found here: Tutorials and How Tos - TFW2005 - The 2005 Boards |
