Hmm..I think the F will be a sleeper hit because that head sculpt looks bad ass. The Blazer looks BEAST. 17 is beast also...

i'm buying the 17. it's a done deal. i agree with ya about the f...sleeper hit for sure. LOVE the head design (did you mean the head sculpt looks like 'ass' or it's 'badass')...and the f has white striping (which i prefer) as opposed to the yellow of the blazer. and i know i'm in the minority but i've never cared for the blazer's head design. too much going on for me.

i can't wait to see how yamato handles the head sculpt on the p. should be awesome.

Crap I meant bad ass lol. It just looks so sexy. I've always liked the Emerald Force valks since I saw the 1/100 plamos. I actually prefer the Blazer head because it looks in line with other S models.

I may skip tthe Fire Valkyrie and go straight for the P. Dig how it has a regular gunpod.

i've never watched mac 7...is the p basara's first valk? and if so does he pilot the p (with conventional weaponry) before going all pacifist?

The P is his last one IIRC, he uses it in the sequel, Macross Dynamite 7. So he's already a pacifist by the Dynamite 7...pacifist to begin with in regular 7 actually.

The regular Fire Valk only has 12 air to air missles and the wing root lasers, he almost never uses the lasers and prefers to use the speaker pods. The first time he used the missles for self defense, he was pissed.

The P doesn't have the speaker pod, has the GU-15 that all the other Excaliburs have.

The conventional weaponry and head sculpt for the P are what I like, also the wings. It's basically a Fire Valkyrie with conventional weaponry and some upgrades I think for sound(on shoulders).
