What is the "electrical Shield"?
 

For the new ML line, Hasbro said that there would be a Steve Rogers electrical shield variant. What is that? Sorry if i seem stupid but i really dont know what that is.

The annoying part being that the Eletrical/Photonic shield should be the regular version, and the "real" shield the variant.

Commander Rogers doesn't carry the regular Captain America shield in the comics...he does however regularly use the photonic shield.

If it is really the photonic shield I wonder if it will also have the staff-like thing it can turn into?

I highly doubt it. It's most likely going to just be a translucent version of Cap's regular shield.

im guessing , its the sheild from the animated film possibly "avengers heroes of tomorrow" black widows and captain americas son, has a shield with is kinda like electronic sheild im guessing

I'm happy that we are getting a Com mander Rogers either way since they usually take a good while before making version of characters that debuted in a comic from whatever time but I think it does take about a year or so for the toy companies to get some figures in circulation so it's great

I love that we are getting Commander Rogers, but I agree with others when I think the "Energy Shield" should be the regular version and the real shield should be the variant. But I'll be really happy if comes off more see through than just lighter in color. That would be a great look.

I remember that issue and liking the energy shield and then getting tired of it the next month, but still an interesting look.
