Removing Masterworks Galactus' head
 

Has anyone managed to do this? Do I just pop it off or does it have anything to do with the screws in the back of his head because I took those off and it seems it's glued together pretty tight.

A-ha, that was easy. I was afraid I'd break it but it popped off with some elbow grease.

Why would you want to take the head off?

I'm modifying the LED system. The default setup isn't bright enough so I'm adding some extras/brighter ones and possibly changing the colour to blue or white.

Actually, now that I'm looking at pics, I think I'll do it in a pink or purple. The default orange just does not suit him at all.

Yea id like to see this as well. There was someone selling a Masterworks Galactus with a custom head not too long ago on eBay. Looked pretty cool but didnt want to spend $60 when I already had him.

Awesome. any ideas on how to set this up using a switch? to turn the lights on?
