Quick custom, read a comic, wanted the figure. Blue paint didn't work out as well as I have hoped, but oh well, finished in a few hours.

I honestly hate the collar, so this is more of a "how I think it should of been" lol. Don't have any fodder parts for an arm too unless I totally would add him holding the arm. It would of been badasssssssssssss
